She’s the best! From the original comic to the newest Justice League movie, Wonder Woman is an example of feminine heroism.
I’ve been working on making costumes this week and so I wanted to go ahead and share this layered Wonder Woman tiara pattern. I dug around on the internet for a long time trying to find one for free that looked like her tiara. There were lots of different styles, and “inspired” items, but nothing quite as accurate as the movie tiara.
So this free template is for anyone to enjoy. feel free to change it up to make your Wonder Woman costume.
Supplies for craft foam version
- 12×18 Craft foam. Black works great to make it have a carbon patina
- Scissors and/or exacto knife
- Gold paint
- Foam paint brush
Use the pattern and cut out the pattern of the foam. I used a ruler to cut straight edges of the pattern with an exacto knife. It helped to keep lines clean and straighter than I could do with the scissors.
The pattern is set up so that the yellow small piece is on the bottom, and the items are in order from bottom to top.
Fun Fact: One talent of Wonder Woman is converted her female opponents into her followers instead of killing them.
And it can be fun if it is made out of other materials.
Materials the tiara could be made from:
- 2mm foam
The picture is from 2mm craft foam. The star can be 1 piece or 2 pieces. It just depends on what you’d personally like.
Enjoy! feel free to contact me with questions.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”145″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”img_link_large” img_link_target=”_blank”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
